Postures of Praise

There are so many ways that scripture describes worship – Why do we raise our hands,  get on our knees or go off on one (as I was once asked)? Here’s a few Hebrew words that help us posture ourselves in worship.  This isn’t about us making anything happen, but I believe that as dearly loved children, the more we spend time with the Father, the more we recognise his voice, and what he’s doing.  Sometimes, recognising what God is doing and speaking it out is a way to permission what He’s doing for the whole house or even simply giving permission to what’s happening in the hearts of the congregation.
